This policy explains what information Mike Davenport (“Mike Davenport Tattoos”, “we”, “us”) collects through mikedtattoos.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. Mike tattoos at Walker's Point Tattoo Co., 712 S 2nd St, Milwaukee, WI 53204.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the idea form, we collect your name, email, phone number, your description of the tattoo, any pictures or links you add, and your consent choice.
• Messages. If you text, call or email Mike, he keeps that conversation to plan your tattoo.
• How you found us. The form records the ad or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM tags or a Google click ID), so we know which advertising works. Your browser keeps that information for up to 90 days (local storage on this site only), so it still counts if you send the form on a later visit.
• Site usage. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager use cookies to count visits and see which pages, buttons and forms are used.

How we use it

• To reply to your idea, give you a quote, and book and prepare your appointment.
• To send you occasional updates about Mike’s work. The form’s consent box covers this together with being contacted about your tattoo; it starts checked, and you can uncheck it before you send. You can stop at any time: reply STOP to a text, or email us.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
• To keep the forms free of spam (Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site and our follow-up, for example our website host, our form and email processing, the customer management system that holds your inquiry, Cloudflare, and Google (Analytics and Ads). They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

For advertising, we may share your email or phone number with Google in scrambled (hashed) form, so it can measure our ads and show you relevant ads from us. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, Mike may text you about your tattoo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
